My wife Pamela had the old MediWatch but now have the new one [MediWatch Slim]. It's quite simple, lighter, and better for the ladies. It's great for males, too, who want a smaller watch. And the geofencing is a Godsend, I'm very happy with this new version.

The Medi Watch Slim is a great design and fit for my mother in law. Very simple to use and the after sales customer service has been excellent. It gives us great peace of mind to know we have this system in place and that Sue is comfortable wearing the watch. She has recommended it to most of her friends!

It's small and waterproof, which I needed. It's exactly what I wanted. I have triggered the SOS button by accident a few times and was unsure what was meant by the prompt to 'hold the SOS button' but once I got used to it, it was OK.

I have very small, thin arms. I wish it were a bit smaller, but I understand that for most, it's a lot smaller than the old one. I had a pendant before, and it would activate by accident sometimes, but so far, I haven't had any false alarms with this one. It's much better. So far, no problem. I would rate the MediWatch Slim 8 or 9 out of 10 because I don't believe in saying 10 out of 10.

I'm amazed, and I'm absolutely in love with the MediWatch Slim. My brother has memory loss but it's so easy. A couple of times the watch has been activated and I've been able to speak with him. It has to be simple and the simplicity of this is very good. It's so user friendly.

Happy with it, nice and slim, easy to understand. No problems, that's it.
