There are many identical-looking alert pendants on the market offered by different sellers. With rare exception, nearly all sellers provide only the over-the-counter firmware as dictated by the manufacturer.
What is firmware?
Firmware is similar to software in that it’s like a computer program. Firmware tells an alert pendant what it can and cannot do. If two or more pendants look identical but they’re sold by different businesses, it’s likely they will work exactly the same.
We develop a unique firmware for each of our personal alarms, adding a layer of safety, versatility, and practicality not available on over-the-counter units.
